Yep, that's a pancakasaurus!I thought I was doing good making my scrambled eggs and toast this morning rather than going to the diner…but then I found Jim’s Pancakes. According to his site, Jim’s goal is to make cool pancakes for Allison, his 3-year-old daughter. Yum, he succeeds in creating everything from pancake jewelry to a pancake toilet. (And Allison likes them, particularly the toilet.) Jim credits his own dad with the idea, saying he used to make him fun shaped pancakes like a moon, lightbulb, and balloons. Mmmm, that’s good fun!
