35-41), but also might lose star quarterback Tony Romo for the rest of the season. He took a hard hit during the second quarter and walked off the field. And the news wasn’t good–medics are saying Romo
broke his left collarbone and might need surgery. Tough news for a team who’s hosting the Super Bowl in their spanking new stadium, but might have lost the change to play in it.
Jon Kitna, the second-string QB has stepped in to take Romo’s place. Last night was the first time he’d played an actual down in a year. I’m posting this because my assistant, a die-hard Cowboys fan, spent the last half of the game in a fetal position on her living room rug.
