My favorite spring cleaning ritual is to invite over a good friend and make it a party! A good friend brings a new perspective, fresh ideas, and extra muscle to help you clean up, rearrange furniture, and make the tough decisions about what should go and what should stay. Make it FUN! Put on some fun music, pull on your gloves, pour yourself a cocktail, and get to it! You can return the favor at your friend’s house. Perhaps it will even inspire a joint garage sale!
