Life 101 – Health Tip

Was out to dinner last night with Dr. Bill Gray, head of cardiovascular studies at Columbia University Medical Center, and he gave me a #health tip. If you’re having a physical, ask that your blood pressure be taken in both arms. Many nurses and medical technicians only check one arm to save time, but drastically different pressure could be a sign of hypertension or other hidden problems. Get healthy in 2010!
