We all (I think) want to live long, healthy lives, and in this age of work, work, work and stress, stress, stress, we need all the help we can get. Men’s Health has compiled a list of the 40 best age-erasing superfoods. A few of my favorites that I’ve been eating for ages: almonds (lower bad cholesterol), tomatoes (drastically reduce risk of cancer), sweet potatoes (half a small sweet potato daily for 3 years decreased wrinkles by 11 percent), blueberries (neutralize dangerous free radicals), and dark chocolate (increases cognitive function).
