With the heaviest of hearts we want to tell you friends that heaven got a little sweeter this week. Our beloved Westminster has passed. He was a light in this world. There are many wonderful memories that fill our hearts… from the moment we found him in a rescue van outside the Westminster Dog Show to his seeing his country house for the first time to his appearances on TV to his book The Bedtime Book for Dogs to being the ONLY dog in history to have a correction in the NY Times … and to being the Best Furry Man at our wedding. Above all, we celebrate his kindness, his joy for life, and his ability to be a friend to all. He loved us. We cherished every moment with him. We were going to suggest donations to a dog rescue charity… instead, we ask that in his honor, in these crazy times, you hold those you love tighter, squeeze joy out of every moment, and to do what you can to make this a more beautiful loving world.
