The pop star told the UK’s Daily Mirror that the Internet is like MTV-”At one time MTV was hip and suddenly it became outdated.” As for my now-outdated Macbook and iPhone (and the iPad…and iPhone 4…and all those other wonderful accessories), Prince has deemed digital gadgets “no good.” Seems a little hypocritical for someone whose Purple Rain video has gotten well over a million views on YouTube.
